This is a collaborative session with no set agenda; however to get the most from your time we recommend focusing on one space per session.  Our clients are often impressed at just how much can be covered during an hour, leaving them feeling far more positive and better equipped to progress with their space. If you have additional spaces or feel you could benefit from further guidance, we recommend you schedule further sessions accordingly.

These are online via Zoom. You will receive a link via email to join a video call where you will be met by Carina. We regularly use Zoom and are confident with the technology to share documents and images. It is ideal if you have the Zoom app downloaded but it is not compulsory.

We will send you everything via email to help you prepare properly for the meeting and for the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.  Ideally, we request you send a simple description of what it is that you would like guidance on in advance. This gives us time to review and consider suggestions before we meet, making the hour as efficient as possible. Anything from a short description, site images, to mood-board images, simple sketches, floor-plans, furniture or colour schemes being considered are useful.

You will receive a summary of all the suggestions made during the session and where relevant, associated imagery, so that you can refer back to this whenever needed.

The fee for Carina’s time needs to be settled in full ahead of the consultation. You will be sent by email an invoice with the initial booking time and the associated fee, along with details of how to pay. 

You may cancel or reschedule a consultation up to 48 hours before the scheduled time of the consultation for a full refund. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your consultation, you will be charged in full.
